Financial Assistance

For local families and individuals who are unable to afford the Y’s fees, we offer a Financial Assistance Program to help cover the cost of belonging to the Y. Financial assistance is determined on a sliding scale based on total household income and number of dependents, and is available for every branch of the Summit Area YMCA.

Funds can be used for membership and/or program fees, including after-school care, summer day camp, and programs for which additional fees apply, such as sports or aquatics. The need for financial assistance is reviewed every six months.
